I invite you to view my drawings in regards to their arrangements of color. Colors have conversations amongst themselves that reflect tension and strife, balance and harmony and present to the viewer a tapestry or bouquet of movement and feelings.

I sometimes choose to place one color with another to explore a push/pull struggle between opposites. I can also structure the relationship of the colors in a complementary and enhancing

juxtaposition that creates a harmonious whole.

The use of color as an object its self creates a theatre for color to exist alone. Some colors are reflective, others absorbent, others are matte. I use pastels, markers and pencils on various types of paper to examine how color reacts on a variety of surfaces.

Take the journey with me and allow your imagination to open and savor the wild, colorful offerings before you.

Thanks for viewing,
